Project completed

We have recently completed a major refurbishment of a combined residential & retail property in Porchester Place including all new bathrooms, kitchen, wet heating, lighting, fire detection, external repairs and more.

 

The project was complex & challenging due to the amount of unforeseen building defects from previous years; contractors in the past had built false walls to cover building defects and this extended all the way to the basement retail unit which had to be tanked after being underpinned and shored up with structural steels to ensure the building integrity was sound.

 

The residential element was completed over 4 months ago and we have now completed the retail unit which was several times delayed due to repeated planning applications. 

 

The images you see here are of the retail unit where works included are as follows: 

Damp proofing to all adjoining walls with a hi tech sump drainage system

Underpinning works to the failing foundations, false ceilings and walls, new lighting, fire, plumbing & heating system, new kitchenette and WC, bespoke staircase, timber flooring and tiling, refurbished shop front and new pavement light.
