Gloucester Place, Cluster.
An extensive internal refurbishment project to three common parts which involved the full replacement of the existing flat entrance doors and ironmongery, installation of new bespoke post boxes and alarm enclosures to the main entrances, upgrading of the existing fire alarm systems, installation of lighting PIR’s, replacement floor coverings including the tiling of the main entrance lobbies and complete redecorations.
Due to the properties being occupied for the duration of the project and also the nature of the refurbishment works being undertaken, a high level of site management and client/resident liaison was needed in order for the works to be undertaken safely, on time and on budget
