These High Street common parts are 2 mirror image staircases serving 98 Flats. The project was carried out while the building was in full occpation and had to be carefully planned and managed to ensure the safety and well being of all the residents, porters and general pubilc.

 

Our works involved Installation of fibre infrastructure to the flats, new telephony infrastructure, door entry wiring, various upgrades with relation to fire regulations, bespoke carpet, restoration of terrazzo stairs, polished plaster feature wall, French polishing timber doors and handrails,  bespoke lighting, suspended ceilings, radio fire alarm system, electrical rewire, made to measure Timber entrance doors with high security locks installed, wallcoverings renewed & full redecoration.

Working alongside interior designers we have transformed the entrance, stairway and lift enclosure to this building on Hans road. 

Our works involved- electrical re-wire, fire alarm,  specialist polish of existing stone features, polished plaster, Highspec wallpaper , carpets and as always a top class Decoration finish.

A well overdue comprehensive internal refurbishment project of this common parts within a listed Mayfair property. Works included stripping the existing wallpaper and re-plastering, the renewal of energy efficient LED lighting controlled via PIR, replacement flooring coverings, new ironmongery to apartment front entrance doors and complete redecoration of what was a very tired building in the heart of Mayfair.

​The refurbishment was carried out whilst the building was occupied and therefore the need for meticulous planning, ongoing resident liaison and the need to carry out our works in a careful and diligent manner in order to keep the disturbance and inconvenience down to an absolute minimum.

A full common Parts Refurbishment  including electrical overhaul installing PIR switching, Installation of 2 large feature pendants in the entrance lobby.  New raft ceilings with mood adjustable LED strips to the perimeters, new face plates & sockets.

Large format Calacatta porcelain in the entrance lobby & rich pile carpets to all other landings. New dado rails & oak clawed melamine panels have been introduced beneath dado rails of the entrance hall. Feature patterned  wallpaper installed on staircase walls and full decorations to the remaining areas.

An extensive internal refurbishment project to 3no common parts which involved the full replacement of the existing flat entrance doors and ironmongery, installation of new bespoke post boxes and alarm enclosures to the main entrances, upgrading of the existing fire alarm systems, installation of lighting PIR’s, replacement floor coverings including the tiling of the main entrance lobbies and complete redecorations.

Due to the properties being occupied for the duration of the project and also the nature of the refurbishment works being undertaken, a high level of site management and client/resident liaison was needed in order for the works to be undertaken safely, on time and on budget

Grosvenor Gardens

Location – Belgravia, London.

 

A full scale Internal refurbishment of this attractive period building in the south of Belgravia, London. 

Works included lift refurbishment, remodeling of 16 WCs and 8 disabled WCs, full redecoration of the communal staircase including wide vinyl wall coverings, new ceiling tiles, cast iron radiators, carpet and stair nosings as well as well as architectural art deco features including floor signage & wayfinders. 

The front entrance and reception was completely refurbished including a new bespoke reception desk and mail cabinet, Italian stone floors and new decorative finishes throughout.

This prestigious project was carried out to an exacting standard whilst the building was in occupation.

 

Dynamic financial and programme reporting were utilised to ensure the residents and client alike had confidence that the finished project will be delivered to the very high standards required for this exclusive serviced apartment block located on one of the most iconic streets in London.
