The previous look of the flat was very unique with textured wall paper throughout, non compliant glass balustrades, horrible lighting uneven floors and a dated kitchen. 

Our refurbishment team have done a fantastice job to give the unit a slick and sharp new finish. Works included - new kitchen with carrara marble worktop, partial rewire and new LED lighting, new timber balustrade, replacement of all bathroom brassware, re-tile bathroom floors, adaptation of basin cabinets, 50m2 of re-plastering, new AV supplies, new door entry system, new parquet flooring to lounge/kitchen and carpet to remaining floors throughout.

The extension included a new lead roof, conservation light.


Internally: Full electrical rewire and alterations, extensive plumbing works, upgrade to wet heating system including a new boiler accompanied with a booster system to improve water pressure. We have completed the full redevelopment of a two bedroom, 3 bathroom Mews House in Belgravia.


Works included installation of new structural steelwork, full M&E package including integrated AV system, installation of curved oak staircase, flooring and oak clad cantilevered steel staircase. Large format porcelain tiling were used in the bathrooms to replicate book matched marble.

What started as a small refresh project turned into a complete internal & external refurbishment. Works included:

New drainage system, new mosaic tiling to the front entrance, new decking/trellis planters and troths incorporating new external lighting. All new lead work to roof and an overhaul of the slate.


Electrical modifications across the whole building to incorporate the interior designers drawings, plumbing items such as replacing all hot and cold pipework to eliminate deteriorating galvanised pipework; installation of new wet heating, booster system, radiators and Hive system to enable remote control heating and various modifications to the interior designers drawings of the kitchens and bathrooms.  Specialist Damp proofing works to the basement area, new floor coverings throughout the property. This major refurbishment project of a 3 bedroom maisonette was successfully carried out and delivered to a very high specification and attention to detail.

Decorations included stripping wall paper, painting throughout, replacement of floor coverings throughout, supply and fit new timber floor to lounge & kitchen, installation of new marble fireplace, secondary glazing and installation of LED down lights and replacement wet heating system.

The works included structural alterations to the basement and removal of an internal planting area to the rear of the property, this allowed to fit an extra guest bedroom.


Other major works to the property was a complete rewire of the property which included intelligent lighting system, data and audio throughout.

Structural glass flooring by specialist sub-contractor to ground and 1st floor. Bespoke joinery made onsite which included wardrobes, bathroom cabinets and office shelving/storage. Complete internal and external redecoration, French polish all existing doors and wood flooring. Basement and master bedroom ensuite bathroom completely refurbished.

Corian and marble specialists were used to carry out the worktops to the kitchen and bathroom also Corian shower tray.

This project had many different technical and specialist design aspects that required complex planning and structured management, the project was completed on time and within budget, the property remains one of the Church Commissioners’ most expensive and prestigious property’s on the Hyde Park Estate.

Internal refurbishment to a  grade 1 listed building which included the restoration of all the original woodwork. Works also included the waterproof tanking to the lower ground floor, complete renewal of shower room, refurbishment of the existing wine cellar as well as complete redecorations.

This particular project required a finish of an extremely high standard due to the clients desire to return the building to its former glory and was carried out with the occupants in situ for the duration of the works. This meant  a high level of management was required on site to make sure that disruption was kept to an absolute minimum.
