The project was carried out after the first national COVID-19 Lockdown was originally eased, the building was occupied with both residents and the basement to 1st floor was open an operating dentistry. Because of the untimely circumstances & the regular interaction with the building occupants, the project extremely became time consuming and complex. 

The works included a full upgrade to the wet heating system, new bathrooms and kitchen, full redecorations and floor coverings. Additionally, due to the low mains water pressure to the top floor and now space to introduce booster pumps, we had to introduce an accumulator to ensure full 3.0 bar pressure to all water outlets which required all new pipework under floors connecting into existing.
