James joined P J Harte in 2015 and has since completed his degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at the University of Westminster. He graduated with a 1st Class BSc Hons Degree, winning the Constructors Award from The Worshipful Company of Constructors, as the highest performing student.

Tiago brings over 10 years of international experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Originally from Brazil, Tiago has worked across both Brazil and the UK, managing everything from early-stage cost planning and detailed estimating to project delivery and client liaison. Prior to joining PJH, he held senior roles in London’s competitive construction market, combining precision, leadership, and client-focused delivery.
